Outdoor enthusiasts are always welcome to enjoy fishing, hiking, birding, camping, and paddling activities on their own during LLELA's regular hours of operation (open daily 7 a.m.-5 p.m. November 1 to February 28; 7 a.m.-7 p.m. March 1 to October 31). However, there are also diverse guided activities which can be enjoyed by visitors of a wide variety of skill levels and ages.
